All Plans listed for Sale on this website are prepared in accordance with the current Florida Residential Building Code. However individual Regulatory agencies may require additional information for permitting purposes. Engineering, Truss Design, Energy Calculations and any Survey work will need to be coordinated by the purchaser in order to acquire a permit for construction. Any modifications to Plans including addressing plan review comments from a regulatory agency can be performed for an additional fee.
